"Fix Errors" Button on a Tracking Event Throws Error

Symptoms
When attempting to Correct the errors by clicking Fix Errors button while creating a Tracking event after it first failed an Action Check, the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up an action check on Tracking event such that one cannot add it with out a particular piece of information
2. Try and add the tracking event with out this information and see that the action check prevents it from being saved. This is correct.
3. Then click on Fix errors and then try to add the relevant information and try to save again, see the above error.
