Contract Category Not Available in The LOV While Creating New Contracts (Doc ID 1143677.1)

Symptoms


Find that in Service Authoring, when attempting to use a custom or sometimes the Seeded Service Contracts responsibility to create a Service Contract, the Contract Category LOV is empty.

Error
FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Service Contracts Responsibility.
2. NAV Contract Administration / Launch Pad
Launch Pad -- Tools Menu -- New -- Contract Creation.
When clicked on LoV Contract Category, no value is available in the List of Values.
