PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs completed in error with the message:
Allocate additional memory for main cache
Allocate ksv if needed
Store pointer to text strings in last ksv element so we can free later
Allocating 1220000 bytes of memory to hold set of 20000 expenditure item IDs
Allocating 1220000 bytes of memory to hold set of 20000 expenditure item amounts
Allocating 120500000 bytes of memory to hold set of 500000 AutoAccounting params
pasiniaa: sfmmll() returned null pointer
Unable to allocate memory for set of AutoAccounting parameters
Insufficient memory available
