Symptoms
After upgrading to E-Business Suite (EBS) Release 12.1.2, concurrent programs in the PDF and/or XML output formats fail to print a hard copy.
The request completes with a phase / status of Completed / Error, but the completion Text is Normal. A PDF output files is created; however, the log file does not list any error messages. Oddly, the end of the log file seems to be incomplete, without an end date/time stamp or the "completed successfully" message.
On some printers, the error message "PDF file not printed. 128 MB of memory is required" is printed.
