Symptoms
In an R12.1.1 instance, an error message appears upon invocation of SOA Provider for service generation:
"SOA Provider Access resulted in exception 'oracle.apps.fnd.soa.util.SOAException: SystemError: Error while sending message to server. Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http://<domain.name>:8050/webservices/SOAProvider/EbizAuth?Generate=3026&soa_ticket=id7bfGs53beQ6JsUSzfNnQ..' when attempting to perform 'GENERATE'. Please contact your System Administrator "
