Symptoms
On OTM version 6.1.1:
When a special service is added or deleted a new Driver Work Invoice (DWI) is created in OTM, which has a different sequence order for the special services from the initial DWI
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect no sequence change
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create shipment
2. Assign driver
3. Deliver shipment (execution status to departed last stop)
4. DWI creates
5. Update the shipment adding or deleting a special service
6. A new DWI creates ... note sequence change.
