Assign Equipment Type - Show OptionsButton Does Not Lock The Screen

Symptoms
On OTM version 6.1.1 Find Clicking on "Ok" in Assign Equipment Type Screen should disable the Button but it does not.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments
2. Search for Shipment to work with.
3. Click on: Actions > Fleet Management > Assign > Equipment Type
4. Select "Freight" move
5. Enter "Equipment Type Saved Query ID" of "28FT DRY VAN ONLY"
6. Click "Show Options"
7. Notice that the button is not disabled. Contrast this with clicking the "Ok"
button where it is grayed out.
