Integration Date Format Issue (Doc ID 1148812.1)

Symptoms


When uploading the inbound order release xml, and entering the following as the dates:

<glog:TimeWindow>
<glog:EarlyPickupDt>20100602000000</glog:EarlyPickupDt>
<glog:EarlyDeliveryDt>20100608080000</glog:EarlyDeliveryDt>
<glog:LateDeliveryDt>20100608170000</glog:LateDeliveryDt>
</glog:TimeWindow>

the following error is seen in the glog transmission report.

The same xml can be uploaded to 6.0 successfully.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM
2. Navigate to Business Process Automation > Integration > Integration Manager
3. Upload the xml and note the transmission number.
4. Navigate to Business Process Automation > Integration > Transmission Manager
5. Search for the transmission number noted in step 3.
6. Notice it is in Error status.
7. Click on Report and note the error.
