Integration Date Format Issue

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When uploading the inbound order release xml, and entering the following as the dates:
the following error is seen in the glog transmission report.
The same xml can be uploaded to 6.0 successfully.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM
2. Navigate to Business Process Automation > Integration > Integration Manager
3. Upload the xml and note the transmission number.
4. Navigate to Business Process Automation > Integration > Transmission Manager
5. Search for the transmission number noted in step 3.
6. Notice it is in Error status.
7. Click on Report and note the error.
