Symptoms
When attempting to plan a shipment using Ground Service Schedule type, the following error occurs.

Planning Failed to find any schedule instances for order with earliest available time
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Setup the prerequisite data needed to plan a shipment (Orders, equipments, itinerary, rates,..) .
2- Navigate to Operational Planning > Schedule Management > Ground > Create a Ground Schedule of Ground Service type with Repetition Schedule Service.
3- Assign the new create Ground Service to the itinerary's leg under Ground Schedule section.
4- Navigate to Contract and Rate Management > Contract Management > Rate Service > Create a Rate Service of GroundSchedule type and assign the Ground Service's Repetition Schedule Service to it under Rate Service Details
tab.
4- Try to plan the order/shipment.
