OTM: Issue with Rate And Routes Option of Rate Inquiry

Symptoms
Client has ensured that User preference for distance is set as as 'KM' (Kilometer). They do a Rate Inquiry >>click on Find Rates. This shows the rates and the distance is correctly shown as 35 KM .When they do a Find Rates and Routes for the same data, they see that distance is being shown as 21.75 KM which is incorrect. The expectation is that distance is correctly shown as 35 KM as in the Find Rates case
