Symptoms

In Oracle Purchasing, without entering any data in Purchase Order / Requisition form if the form is closed, the system asked to save.

Steps to reproduce:

1 - Login to Purchasing responsibility
2 - Open the PO entry form or Requisition entry form.
3 - Just close the form without entering any field . The system displays a message "Do you want to save the changes you have made"
