White Box Remains after Editing Field in Search Results Screen (Doc ID 1160744.1)

Symptoms

When editing from a results screen and a white box pops up to display more information (as in a list of values or an autofill box), the white box persists. For example, in a screen set that has field editable in the Result Screen, double click on Mode field to enter new value. After entering the value, click ok. Note the white box remains. This occurs in Internet Explorer 6.0. It does not occur in Internet Explorer 7 and above.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM.
2. Search in a screen where the results page has a field which is editable.
3. Double click to edit the field.
4. Enter a value and click “ok”.
5. Note the white box remains.
