Symptoms
An Order Base is set with "Allow Over Releasing" of "Never". If the Order Release is edited and the "Total Package Count" on the Line is increased above the number set on the Order Base, the Order Base is releasing more than specified. This is not expected to be permitted as the "Allow Over Releasing" is set to "Never".
