On : 11.5.10.2 version, Inventory Transactions
When attempting to perform a Subinventory Transfer with a specific locator, the following error occurs.

ERROR

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1422 in FDFGCD
Cause: FDFGCD failed due to ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Inventory > Transactions > Subinventory transfer
  2. Enter the transaction date, transaction type
  3. Enter the item number and subinventory, transfer subinventory, transfer locator.
  4. Error occurs: APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1422 in FDFGCD.
    Cause: FDFGCD failed due to ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.
