Symptoms
An Accessorial or Rate Cost is configured with Multiple Conditions including the following:
AND SHIPMENT.DEST.ERUS.ERU_GID = <value>
The rating engine is not testing the right data for the "SHIPMENT.DEST.ERUS.ERU_GID". Instead it's testing the data against a Shipment Refnum Qualifier
