Symptoms

Find move order lines that cannot transact.
Cannot query the move order lines.

Steps
1. Pick release
2. Inventory > move orders > transact move orders
3. Query move order
4. Nothing comes up.
5. Query table -- see table with data in move order line, but not move order header.

Example query that can identify the issue - The SQL looks for move orders with move order lines but no headers. The released status is used in the query from WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS looking for S / Released to Warehouse. The Released to Warehouse status means that the pick release was run to create the move order but the move order was not yet transacted:
