"Total Package Count" on the Ready to Ship Screen is Empty When Count is Over 1000

Symptoms
An Order Base Line has a Total Package Count greater than 1000. When the Order Base Line action "Ready To Ship" is executed for this line, the "Total Package Count" field is displayed with an empty field. When the "Total Package Count" is less than 1000, the display is fine.
