Symptoms

When printing BI Publisher PDF reports, the request log / Pasta debug log file displays the following error message:

Could not load program gs:
Dependent module /dir=<DIR>/app/dev/ebs/devora/8.0.6/network/jre11/lib/aix/native_threads/libjpeg.a(libjpeg.so.62) could not be loaded.
File /dir=<DIR>/app/dev/ebs/devora/8.0.6/network/jre11/lib/aix/native_threads/libjpeg.a is not an archive or the file could not be read properly.
