Error "FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change" When Trying To Make A Change In BOMFDRTG/BOMFDRSO (Doc ID 1170153.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to update a routing, operation, etc. in the In BOMFDRTG/BOMFDRSO forms, the following error occurs even before the change is made or saved:

"FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open the routing form or standard operations form for example.
  2. Query for specific routing or operation.
  3. Try to change any field and receive the error even though no change has been made yet.
