Publisher Gets 'Connection Refused' When Using Answers Connection (Doc ID 1170924.1)

Symptoms

After integrating BI Publisher with OBIEE.
Viewing reports that use the data model type "SQL Query" regardless of the driver type/THIN Orcle or AnaJDBC) is working fine.

When trying to view a report using the data model type "Oracle BI Answers", the following error appears:

The report cannot be rendered because of an error,
' java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect'


Connection has been verified by pressing the "Test connection" button in the Admin->connections screen.
