R12 PAXCARVW - Capital Project Summary Screen Is Displaying Incorrect CIP Balance. (Doc ID 1171556.1)

Symptoms

The PAXCARVW Capital Projects form shows the incorrect amount in the CIP column even after running the PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts process.

The PAXTRAPE Expenditure Inquiry form and the output report for the Update Project Summary Amounts process shows the Inception To Date Capitalizable Raw cost should be a certain value. However the PAXCARVW Capital Projects form shows the CIP Amount is much lower than in the PAXTRAPE Expenditure Inquiry form displays.
