Generate Refnum Action Unuseable For Shipment Group Agent Action (Doc ID 1173543.1)

Symptoms

On OTM version 5.5.05.06 version when creating an Agent to trigger when a Shipment Group is created, in the Actions tab it is not possible to select the Action GENERATE REFNUM and select a Reference Number Qualifier.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to selected from a list of existing Shipment Group Reference Number Qualifiers.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Log onto an OTM 5.5 system
2 - Navigate to: Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Automation Agent > Click new and enter the following:

ID: Enter as needed.
Type: SHIPMENT GROUP
Event: SHIPMENT GROUP - CREATED (Int/User/Agent)

3 - Click to the Actions tab and click Add Action.
4 - Select the Action GENERATE REFNUM.
5 - The Refnum Qualifier drop down list is empty.
