Actual Arrival Date On Shipment Stop Updated (Doc ID 1173715.1)

Symptoms

 when Entered an Actual Departure Time on the 1st stop on a 2 stops shipment, and action-ed that shipment with Add Shipment Event the resulting change to shipment is both Actual Departure Time , and Actual Arrival Time get populated. It's expected that the Actual Arrival Time field to be populated at this point in time.
