Goal

In the Find Screen the checkbox "Include Closed PO" is still displayed despite the fact the profile option 'RCV: Default Include Closed PO' is set to No, but Users can still select/de-select checkbox and can over-receive. This should not be allowed, how do we prevent this from occurring?
