When attempting to launch forms via SSWA, the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into applications
2. Click on forms based responsibility to launch forms via SSWA
3. Encounter the error
Upgraded JDK as per <Note 455492.1> --Using Latest Java 6.0 Update With Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12
