Applies to:

Symptoms

The Duration Value of the RemoteQueryReply is showing with fractional digits of days for a DayDuration Rate Service even though the rate service is set with a transit days of 0.0 days.
However, prior to the upgrade (in CU4), the Duration value is shown as 0.0 days.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the Duration Value for the rate service is shown in whole days as it was in previous version

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Rate service with DayDuration rate service and a transit days of 0 or 1
2. Then send in a RemoteQuery/RIQQuery XML for this lane
3. See that the Transit Time is shown in fractional digits of days when whole number values are expected
