Oracle Talent / Performance Management appraisals have many different statuses - This document will assisting in explaining:
- The meaning of each status in relation to the appraisal
- Provide step by step instructions showing how to get an appraisal to the specified status
Statuses of Appraisals:
- ‘Completed’
- ‘Pending Appraisee Feedback’
- ‘Ongoing’
- ‘Pending Approval’
- ‘Planned’
- ‘Returned For Correction’
- ‘Saved’
- ‘Transferred’
- ‘Transferred from Plan’
