Symptoms

Change Schedule action not returning alternate voyages in the future when the shipment is created via Direct action. But, when shipments are created via Bulk Plan action, future schedules are presented.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

01- Create an Order Release with Early Pickup Date <DATE>.
ID: CHANGE <SCHEDULE X>
02- Create three-leg itinerary (TL/Vessel/TL).
ID: CHANGE <SCHEDULE X>
03- Create two potential voyages <A> and <B>.
04- Create Parameter Set has:
ID: CHANGE <SCHEDULE X>

AUTO CREATE ORDER MOVEMENTS=true
COMPUTE SHIPMENT TIME WINDOW=true

05- Navigate to Order Management > Order Release > Order Release.
06- Search for Order Release CHANGE <SCHEDULE X>.
07- Actions > Create Buy Shipment > Direct.
08- Select Parameter Set: CHANGE <SCHEDULE X>.
09- Click on Vessel Shipment created.
10- Actions > Change Shipment Details > Change Schedule.

This presents only ONE option.

11- Repeat steps 05-10 using Action > Create Buy Shipment > Bulk Plan - Buy.

This presents TWO options.
