Symptoms

When users try to open the ebiz login page the following error occurs

ERROR
-----------------------
HTTP-404 Page Not Found

The following can be seen in the error_log


OR

1:- Copy java classes, .jar or .zip files into JAVA_TOP

2:- Attempt to login using the URL

http://hostname.domain:port/OA_HTML/AppsLogin

Business Impact

Due to this issue, users cannot connect to the E-Business suite.
