Symptoms
Using the out of box inbound integration between EBS (Purchasing) and OTM, the concurrent request 'PO Output For Communication' failed with the following error when a PO is approved.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to EBS with Purchasing Super User.
2.Create a PO with relevant and necessary information and Approve it.
3.Reports -> Run -> PO Output for Communication .
