Goal
To convert R12 EBS environment to UNICODE character set.
Converted R12 EBS database environment to character set AL32UTF8 from WE8ISO8859P1. Running autoconfig on the admin/middle tiers resulted in several scripts to (icxwebprf.sql,adwebprf.sq, adgendbc.sh etc) fails with the error as follows
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-22631: attribute [ORA-22631: attribute [7] is is not well-formed or does not match the type] is is not well-formed or does not match the type
ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_EVENT", line 1160
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_WF_ENGINE", line 1025
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_PROFILE", line 3110
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_PROFILE", line 3507
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ADX_PRF_PKG", line 202
