Symptoms
The CR_REPORTS entry is missing from the REPORT_GROUP table in the 5.5 CU5 install. It does not get inserted during the original 5.5 CU5 install as expected. Because of this, the update_content script fails on the migration to 6.0 causing the record to have to be inserted manually.
