Kewill Fedex Requires Postal Code Data Without Space

Symptoms
For Kewill Rating, some carriers require a Canadian Postal Code to be provided without a space in its format (e.g. <CarrIer>). OTM is sending the Postal Code with the space (as that is what is included on the Location. As a result, the following error is encountered:
cause.RatingEngine.ExceptionCaught (method=REXGeneric.parseStream(), stackTrace=[INFEASIBLE] Error code in standard response from Kewill external rating engine: <Invalid zip/postal code>
Other carriers, can include the space (e.g. <Carrier1,Carrier2>)
