GLSTPM Create Summary Template Process Fails With Label Error STPM0020, No Account Value Defined (Doc ID 118940.1)

Executable: GLSTPM - Add/Delete Summary Accounts

Symptoms

Create Summary Template process fails with label error STPM0020 in the log file.

ERROR:
STPM0020: There is an undefined account segment value associated with summary template .
SHRD0075: Error in gls_csa_norollup().
SHRD0075: Error in glsmah().
SHRD0075: Error in glstadd_addtmp().

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. General Ledger responsibility > View > Requests > Submit a new request
    2. Run GLSTPM - Add/Delete Summary Accounts
    3. Check the log file on completion
    4. See errors
