Symptoms


When manually assigning an NFRC charge to a quote, the screen comes back with blank results and does not apply the charge.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

For instance:

1. Go to Brokerage and Forwarding --> Quote
2. Search for QUOTE1
3. Select the Quote and click Actions --> Documents --> Manually Apply NFRC Rules
4. Select the NFRC Rule (MANUAL_RULE)
5. Note the next screen is blank.
