Goal

We are working on one customization related to update of Quality results.
User requirement is as 'shipped quantity should not be greater than quantity due', which can be accomplished using form personalization. But when we update few(say 4) records, WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD is not being fired after every update. We update first row, then when we navigate to next row, WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD is not being fired.

In 1st case we need to check for only 1 row.
In  2nd case we need to check for all rows based on a certain condition.
