Symptoms

Created package and concurrent program to call the Modifier API QP_Modifiers_PUB.Process_Modifiers.  The program returns the status 'S' but it does not create a modifier.


STEPS:
1. Run wrapper (in this case in a concurrent program) to call the Modifier API QP_Modifiers_PUB.Process_Modifiers.
2. Program ends in success but modifier cannot be found through the application.

Changes

Prior to Oracle Applications Release 12.1.1 (or higher) upgrade, one used sample script(s) as outlined in <Note 1078960.1>
