AutoPost - Batches with Multiple Journals/Categories Are Not Picked Up (Doc ID 119346.1)

Symptoms

You have unposted journals that fulfill the set up criteria in AutoPost. But these transactions are not being picked up when you run AutoPost. As a workaround, you are able to post them manually.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

  1. Create AutoPost criteria (GL Responsibility > Setup > Journal > AutoPost)
  2. Enter journal batches to meet that criteria
  3. Run AutoPost
  4. Notice some batches are not picked up by the program

 

Changes

 New setup in place / new batches entered.
