XML Publisher Reports Does Not Ouput In Pdf Format (Shows Xml Code) When Attached In A Request Set

Symptoms
Find that after 11i.ATG_PF.H RUP4 has been applied, a single XML Publisher reports prints fine when setting the profile "FND: Default Template Output Type".
However, those included in request sets DO NOT produce output in the default format (the output shows raw XML code).
These same reports (from the request set) when run individually, produce output properly in PDF.
Changes
Applied 11i.ATG_PF.H RUP4
Set the profile "FND: Default Template Output Type"
Select the 'Print Together' option for the request set.
