Symptoms

AME packages are failing with following message in both running the application and Test Workbench:

ORA-06502:PL/SQL: numeric or value error: bulk bind: truncated bind following fails:
ame_engine.UpdateTransactionState
ame_engine.SetContext
ame_engine.fetchActiveConditionUsages
ame_api.getAllApprovers
