Symptoms
E-Business suite with DMZYou have created a custom look and feel for EXTERNAL iRecruitment users and assigned this custom look and feel to the "iRecruitment External Site Visitor" and "iRecruitment External Candidate" responsibilities (IRC_EXT_SITE_VISITOR and IRC_EXT_CANDIDATE). The problem occurs when INTERNAL users use the ‘Forgot Password’ functionality. Instead of showing the Internal users look and feel it is picking up the External users look and feel.
Expected Behaviour
Expect that when Internal Users use the ‘Forgot Password’ functionality, they are returned to a login screen using the Internal Look and Feel.
