Symptoms

The Matching Detail report errors with the following:

MSG-00999: Cannot use flex API without a chart of accounts ID.
REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-1419: MSG-00002: After Get_Company_Name
MSG-00003: After Get_NLS_Strings
MSG-00004: After Get_Base_Curr_Data
MSG-00999: Cannot use flex API without a chart of accounts ID.
REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.
