What is the syntax to use the item id in the where clause of a value set for a user defined attribute (UDA)?

Business Case
Want to create a valueset and attach it to a user defined attribute. The attribute will give the user choices to select any revision values from a parent item. The valueset will use the inventory item id from the current item to determine what revisions should be available.

For example, the list of values for the user defined attribute valueset would run a query like the following:

select revision from mtl_item_revisions_b
where inventory_item_id = &TheCurrentItemID
and organization_id = (
select master_organization_id
from mtl_parameters
where organization_id = &TheCurrentOrganizationID);
