Symptoms
On OTM version 5.5.06.01 when in a Shipment Financials tab, when the edit icon is clicked or if the new information shipment cost is clicked the error arises.

An Undefined Error Has Occurred. Please Try Again Later.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Log on to OTM
2 - Navigate to a Shipment, financials tab..
3 - Next to the cost Description section click on the pencil edit icon or try to add a new description.
4 - The error is displayed.
