Symptoms
An Order Release Manager Layout is created where the Ship Unit grid moved to the first tab and the Ship Unit tab deleted. The following error is encountered when navigating / saving with this Manager Layout:
The requested resource (/GC3/WEB-INF/ml//jsp/OrderRelease/<ManagerLayoutGid>/null.jspx) is not available.
