Symptoms

When attempting to create an Order in Parts Requirement the following error occurs.

Validation failed for the field - Customer

 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Parts Requirement
2. Click 'Create Order' button
