Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, with 11.1.0.7 database.
Run any Pdf reports like : Active Users report with format out put = PDF
The report will fail with the following error:
ERROR
-----------------------
REP-3000: Internal error starting Oracle Toolkit.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
Changes
Upgrade From 11.5.10.2 system with 10.2.0.4 database to 12.1.2 with 11.1.0.7 database.
