Symptoms
When attempting to create Batch Element Entries(BEE) Batch Lines, the following error occurs.
APP-FND-01206: This record already exists. You entered a duplicate value or sequence of values that must be unique for every record
OR
Error: Procedure pay_btl_shd.constraint_error at Step 10
Cause: The procedure pay_btl_shd.constraint_error has created an error at Step 10.
Action: Contact your system administrator quoting the procedure pay_btl_shd.constraint_error and Step 10.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Select responsibility US HRMS Manager
- Date track to [Date]
- Select function "Batch Element Entry"
- Name your batch and select your controls
- Save
- Select the option "element Lines" to begin entering data
- Select element from the LOV
- Select OK
- Tab to Assignment and start entering employee Id and amount
- Save transactions and error occurs
