On : 12.1.1 version, Functional Setup

Find the customized personal news section on the home page is throwing an error

An error has occurred while loading your Purchasing News. Please contact a system administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customize the Purchasing News as the manual states
2. Set Profile POR: Purchasing News location to OA_HTML/US/AHS_OU/
3. Log into iProcurement and see the error
