Symptoms

On OTM version 6.1.0 setting the Release Method in the Manager Layout and setting it as default does not take effect when the Manager Layout is used.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the setting in the Manager Layout to be used.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Log onto an internal 6.1 OTM system.
2 - Navigate to: Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Manager Layout.
3 - Searched for and copied ORDER_REEASE, creating a new Manager Layout.
4 - Click through to the Line Item tab.
5 - Select the radio button next to 'Release Method' and clicked on the edit (pencil) icon.
6 - Set Default Value to be 'AUTO CALC' and click SAVE.
7 - Click 'FINISHED'
8 - Navigate to: Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Screen Set Manager > Search for and Copy 'ORDER_RELEASE' and create a new Screen Set, in the General Tab link to the Manager Layout created above for NEW and EDIT.
9 - Add the Screen Set to the Menu.
10 - Log off and back ot to OTM for the change to take effect.
11 - From the Menu click on the new link.
12 - Click NEW and create the following:

ID: As needed
From: As needed
To: As needed
Click the Line Itme radio button.
Click the SHIP UNIT button (takes you to the Line Item due to the above step)
Release Method is shown as 'ONE_TO_ONE'.

The Release Method should be 'AUTO CALC' per the Manager Layout configuration and this has replicated the issue reported.
